Ritik runs product and the customer side of Headcount. He spends most of his time with managers and HR leads, watching how they actually use the agent and what they wish it would do next.

Keshav leads engineering. He owns the agent loop, the burnout scoring pipeline, and the chat integrations that let Headcount live wherever your team already messages.
We sold before we built. Then we converged. At 19 we ran NIT Meghalaya's placement cell together: 105 companies, 170+ offers, average packages up from 6 to 14.4 LPA (CSE from 8.5 to 27), Microsoft and Amazon on campus for the first time. HuddleX taught us orchestration breaks without compounding memory. Vinaka taught us compounding memory is the moat. Headcount is the synthesis.
